How does a Virtual Assistant work? 

Just like a personal assistant! Once we've had our discovery call and decided we are a good match, you will be sent a contract and a client registration form. This form is designed to gather as much information as possible to avoid us disrupting you with questions. Once all the paper work is signed we can start working on your virtual administration straight away!

You will need to create your VA an  email address on your company domain and share access to your diary. She will then add it to  Microsoft Outlook and your clients will never know she isn't in the office next to you! Whenever your VA communicates with your clients she will never mention she is a VA, she will refer to herself as your Personal Assistant.
