Daniella Blackman BA (hons), Cert CII (MP), the founder of The Virtual Perfectionists, has over a decade of experience as a professionally trained Executive Assistant. Starting out as a team assistant supporting two Managing Directors and six consultants in an Executive Search company she worked her way up to Executive Assistant and Office Manager to a Senior Partner of St James's Place Wealth Management.
After graduating from Royal Holloway, University of London (Drama and Theatre Studies), Dannii trained at the prestigious Quest Professional (formerly known as Queen's Secretarial College, St James's College and Lucie Clayton Charm Academy) on their graduate programme to become a qualified PA, where she graduated with Distinction. During this course Dannii took professional qualifications in Leadership & Management and marketing. She learnt shorthand, touch typing, event management, diary management and advanced Microsoft office skills. In 2020 Dannii embarked on The Virtual Assistant Mastery course run by the Virtual Assistant Coaching and Training company.
During her time working as an EA for a Senior Partner Practice of SJP she qualified as a mortgage advisor (Cert CII MP) in 2014 and is a Member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals. Dannii is a St. James's Place Accredited Practice Support Specialist.
Dannii enjoys growing her team of associates and experiencing different industries through their clients too.
Dannii is married to Pete who is a financial planner and mortgage advisor, they have two young children who keep them on their toes, and two wonderful Springer Spaniel office companions.
Outside of work, Dannii can be found performing in The Military Wives Choir. Whilst her husband was on his last 7 month deployment to Afghanistan she enjoyed performing at The Royal Albert Hall (under the watchful eye of Gareth Malone), Newsnight, BBC Radio 2 and The Invictus Games closing ceremony! Dannii is a keen horsewoman and although no longer competes herself she enjoys helping her daughter show her pony Jade, and her son show his pony Pearl.
